Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Studio Sessions

For booked sessions, there are no refunds available once a deposit has been made. Deposits can be applied to other sessions if cancellation policy has been followed.

Refunds for Productions

If 7 days has gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for refund, no work should have begun on project, including hours of recording for example.
Several types of product are exempt from being returned. Downloadable goods for example, such as mixing, beats, and completed sessions cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, date purchased and reason for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable), these include but are not limited too:
• Mixed songs by our engineers that have not met client standards after 3 revisions and a mediation.
• Productions that have not been (a) sent to client (b) have not been completed.

We will notify you with 3 days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and we’ve confirmed credit, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, on occasion it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is always some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Sometimes we can work out an exchange for another service of equal price if agreed upon by both parties.

Cancellations

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.
If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.Our staff want to be available for your needs and the needs of all of our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen.
Although we have always had a cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.
There is a fee of $35 assessed if we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment at least 24hrs in advance and any deposits will not be refunded. When booking studio time, you grant us permission to debit $35.00 from the card used for payment.
Deposits paid by check, cash or card will be held until used, provided client(s) provide sufficient notice a booking can be moved along with the deposit. Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute our refund and cancellation policies.
Our deposit policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all clients.
